Prior to entering ordained ministry Mike was a secondary school teacher, teaching Social Studies, Geography, PE and English.  He is a keen sportsman, playing cricket and squash and enjoys watching all sports when time allows.  Mike is always looking for new challenges.

Andrea Coster
Music Coordinator

Services Coordinator

Andrea Coster heads up the music teams at St Christopher's. She has been an Anglican forever. However she has had experience in a wide range of denominational settings. She holds a BA in History from Canterbury University, a Bible College diploma from Faith Bible College and a Diploma of Teaching. She has a passion to see God's people healed and changed through the ministry of music and to see God glorified above all else.
When she isn't co-ordinating music she is an avid Sci-fi enthusiast, cartoon watcher and a voracious reader. She writes for a hobby, knits frequently and gardens sporadically. In between she tries to get some exercise with Cardio Kick Boxing and surreptitious dancing when she thinks no one is watching. She is single and lives with her flatmates and her cat Josie. She would like a dog.
Julie Hintz
Children &
Families
Coordinator
Julie also runs a children's Community resource library and plays a major part in St C's creative ministries through leading "God's Rods", our stick ministry.
Julie, originally from New York, came to NZ after 10 years of children's evangelism in Pakistan and Nepal. She has six children ranging in age from 8 -20, they keep her on her toes.

Married for 20 years (now divorced) he has three teenage sons 13, 16, 18 and two british bulldogs.
He enjoys jet boating, fly fishing, the arts and film.
