There are many ways to serve in direct ministry roles. They include (non-exhaustive list!) such as,
– Youth Lay Leaders
-Youth Support Roles
– Oasis (kids’ ministry on Sundays) leadership
– Oasis support
– Mainly Music leading
– Mainly Music support roles
– Missions
– Resources (admin help, gardens, cleaning, etc)
– Cooking and kitchen teams (morning teas, events, special dinners)
There are also important service roles
– Eucharist assistants
– Liturgical Assistants/Service Leading
– Readers
– Leading Prayers of the People
– Prayer Team (serves during Communion to pray with people)
– Data/Sound
– Sides & Welcoming
– Sacristans and support roles
– Worship teams (Musicians of all sorts, singers, etc)
For those committed to our community, there are options to grow in joining our preaching team, or leading a life group.
