FX (FaithXplosion)
Imagine a group of around 50 kids (Years 2 to 6 school level) coming together for 45 minutes of singing, laughter, games, special events and Bible teaching. This is FX, or Faith Explosion.
The children are part of the Family Service, worshipping with their families and the wider church family at 10.30am and are released about 10.40am after Pass the Peace, for their personalised programme. We make opportunity for the children to rejoin their parents for communion at the end of the service.
Enthusiastic gifted teachers aim their teaching at the specific age level of the children they take and interweave activities and games with the lesson.
Special family events are held at least once a term to emphasise the family nature of what we do.

Mainly Music
Young children and their cargivers enjoying music, rhyme, rhythm, creative dance and more!
As of Feb 2010 both session are full but we have a waiting list. Interested families should contact Cassandra.
Young children can develop many skills through their time at mainly music:
co-ordination, fine motor movements, large motor movements, social interaction, appreciation of music and musical styles and language development.
Mainly Music provides children with a structured learning environment and then a time of free play. At the same time, it's a great opportuntiy for parents and caregivers to network with each other.
